Refund Policy

Digital products

Digital products available through Prata Darbnica are digital content. Under European Union consumer rules, after digital content is delivered or access is granted, the user may lose the 14-day withdrawal right if immediate access has been accepted.

By completing a purchase, the user agrees to these conditions.

Refund exceptions

A refund may be reviewed if the product is unavailable, the file is damaged or the content substantially differs from its description.

Individual conversations

Fees for individual conversations are not refunded if the client does not attend the booked time without prior notice. A conversation can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
